Medium Ni-Cr-Mo indefinite chilled cast iron is a mature material of our indefinite chilled series, widely used in bar & wire rod and bar mills. Relying on premium Benxi "Ginseng Iron" raw materials and short-process melting technology, the product quality is stable and has won recognition from numerous domestic hot-rolling enterprises.
The company is equipped with a complete set of casting, heat treatment, machining and inspection facilities: the foundry uses electromagnetic suction feeding, electronic scale metering, automatic temperature measurement and medium-frequency induction furnace melting to ensure precise molten iron composition with sufficient overheating and uniform temperature; heat treatment uses bogie-type resistance furnaces with automatic temperature curve control and uniform furnace temperature; the machining workshop is equipped with various machine tools including large 180 lathes and 125 CNC lathes, ensuring the tolerance and surface finish requirements of all parts of high-precision rolls.
