The foundry uses electromagnetic suction feeding, electronic scale metering, automatic temperature measurement and medium-frequency induction furnace melting to ensure precise molten iron composition with sufficient overheating and uniform temperature. Heat treatment uses bogie-type resistance furnaces with automatic temperature curve control and uniform furnace temperature. The machining workshop is equipped with various machine tools including large 180 lathes and 125 CNC lathes, covering turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, slotting and wire cutting. The company also has comprehensive inspection means, covering dimensional inspection, chemical composition inspection, hardness inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection and metallographic inspection.
