Relying on the "Ginseng Iron" production base, the company adopts a short-process approach by directly introducing molten iron at high temperature into the roll production workshop, where it is heated and alloyed in medium-frequency furnaces before pouring. This achieves energy savings and environmental protection while producing premium rolls with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, thermal fatigue resistance and accident resistance.

The company is equipped with a complete set of casting, heat treatment, machining and inspection facilities. The foundry uses electromagnetic suction feeding, electronic scale metering, automatic temperature measurement and medium-frequency induction furnace melting, ensuring precise molten steel (or iron) composition with sufficient overheating and uniform temperature. Heat treatment uses bogie-type resistance furnaces with automatic temperature curve control and uniform furnace temperature. The machining workshop is equipped with various machine tools including large 180 lathes and 125 CNC lathes, covering turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, slotting and wire cutting, ensuring the tolerance and surface finish requirements of all parts of high-precision rolls. The company also has comprehensive inspection means, covering dimensional inspection, chemical composition inspection, hardness inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection and metallographic inspection.
